Train The Trainer Class

This 2-day highly interactive class prepares students for Certification as a CTT+ or MCT Instructor. Students will be video taped teaching their practice sessions (requirement for some certifications including CTT+).

David Smith has taught TTT sessions for over five years. As an instructor, he has taught for Microsoft in North America, Europe, and China and also worldwide through live online instructor led format delivery. He has also been recorded delivering training in Microsoft’s studios in Bellevue for use in online asynchronous training materials. He brings all of his varied experiences as an instructor to the classroom, as well as a deep understanding of learning modalities of adults, classroom management, and instructor preparation.

In his spare time he chases after his four children and performs annually in a broadway style production. He guarantees you will have an enjoyable experience in this course.

This course is packaged in a two-day format: the first day reviews the practical skills and habits of effective instruction; the second day requires students to prepare, deliver, and review a 15-minute training session on video (acceptable for CTT submission).
