Here are a few helfpul reminders regarding taking certification exams with Prometric:
- All registrations are handled directly by Prometric. The preferred method of registration is through their website.
- You must register with Prometric prior to registering for a certification exam. Save yourself some time and register FIRST
here.
- Exams must be scheduled at least 24-hours in advance and no more than 8 weeks ahead.
- Fees vary by the type of exam selected.
- You can schedule, reschedule, and cancel all of your certification exams online!

- Yes, Prometric can make special accommodations for candidates (I.e., sight or hearing impaired). Read more on their website. You can also contact the North American Special Accommodations number for IT Examinations at (800) 443-1684.
